Booking your parking spot on the Bordeaux Airport Store guarantees you a parking spot. So you can leave with peace of mind, especially during busy periods such as school holidays or May bank holidays. We also offer the option to enter your license plate number during your reservation so that the license plate recognition technology can facilitate your entry and exit from the parking lot. 

Managing your reservation in your customer area

Once you have made your purchase, you will be able to view all the details of your reservation in your online account. You can modify or cancel your reservation at any time (according to the General Terms and Conditions - clickable link). All information, including your invoice, can be accessed directly from your customer area, making your parking experience at Bordeaux Airport practical and seamless.

How to book your parking spot online?

It couldn't be easier to reserve your parking spot online. 
Follow the guide: 

1. From the home page or the Parking section of the store
2. In the parking reservation menu, enter your travel dates and times
3. Choose the parking option that suits you best, then add the product to your basket
4. If applicable, enter a promotional code or voucher in the spaces provided
5. Log in to the Bordeaux Airport store or create your customer area (clickable link)
6. Enter your billing address, your personal details as well as the details of your vehicle
7. Proceed to payment. Your booking is now confirmed! You will receive a summary email of your order that you can find in your customer area

What should I do when I arrive at the parking area on the day of my departure?

If your license plate is recognized upon arrival at the entry barrier:

1. Your RESAPARC ticket will be printed automatically.
2. Collect it and wait for the barrier to rise.

If your number plate is not recognised or if you did not enter it when you made your reservation:

1. When you arrive at the barrier, enter your access code received by email.
2. Confirm by pressing OK on the keypad
3. Collect your RESAPARC ticket and wait for the barrier to rise.

Do not press the "Ticket" button as this would cancel your reservation.
In case of a problem, call the parking service using the intercom.
